Copa client service desk unattended for hours, staff are rude and unprofessional, no commitment whatsoever to assist passengers in need. Do yourself a favor and avoid Copa airlines and Tocumen Airport altogether. Wondering how star alliance accepts such mediocre airlines giving the alliances a bad image and reputation. Copa Club is located on the second floor above gates 130 and 133. They take priority pass as well as other lounge access cards. We visited September 2021 and they still have Covid precautions, such as they were not serving food they typically have, only prepackaged snacks, sodas and coffee from the coffee machine. Score: 5.0 out of 7.0. This business class kit is pretty basic, but it’s stocked with more than you would probably even use on what I consider to be medium-haul (5.5 to 7.5 hour) flights. Final score: 4.03 out of 7.00. – Follow Darren Booth on Twitter, @FrequentlyFlyin, for more airline, hotel and travel industry news, reviews and United Polaris business class: Passengers can access the lounge with a same-day boarding card at departure, connecting, and arrival airports (domestic arrivals only) Valid on a United Airlines-operated flight: United Business (international flights) Also applies to passengers traveling to/from Canada in United First: First class on a Star Disappointing Copa Lounge in Panama City Airport. The Copa Club Business Lounge, located within the Tocumen International Airport, is disappointing. The lounge is overcrowded; we found it hard to find seats within reasonable proximity of each other. Even though our kids are not big enough (or long enough) to justify the extra leg room and bigger chairs, we felt like we received good value. Good seats everything else was mediocre at best. It was a 9-hour flight on business class from Jeddah to Singapore. We weren't informed there was a lounge and spent an hour sitting at the overcrowded waiting area. The food on board was mediocre (the worst we've had for business class). Copa Airlines is consistently the best…. Copa Airlines is consistently the best airline serving Latin America from their hub in Panama. They are certainly not the cheapest, but you can rely on them for safety, punctuality and service. They have done a great job connecting secondary cities across the Americas. Great review! A few things to note: -The seat map on their website is inaccurate- the middle section only has 2 rows of business class, not 3. -Also, the business class section has 8 seats across (4-4), not 6. -The A320s that Turkish flies usually have in-seat IFE screens in business class, not overhead monitors. -Food was served on china, not X5DaFg6.
